What is a DXF file?
A DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) file is another type of vector file commonly used with cutting machines, especially Silhouette Studio (Basic Edition), which doesn’t support SVG files. It’s great for precise cutting and detailed crafting work.

What is a PNG file?
PNG files are high-resolution, transparent background images. They’re perfect for sublimation printing, digital use, and mockups. Many of our listings include PNG files—just check the product description to see what’s included.

Do you offer clipart images?
Yes! We provide a wide variety of clipart-style illustrations that are simple, fun, and perfect for creative projects such as cards, T-shirts, stickers, and more.

I need a different format. Can I convert the files?

Can I use your SVGs or T-shirt designs for Print-on-Demand (POD) products?
Our designs cannot be used on print-on-demand (POD) platforms such as Redbubble, Zazzle, or Merch by Amazon. You are allowed to use the designs for personal use and small commercial projects (e.g., making and selling physical products locally or in your own shop).

Can I share or sell the files I download?
No. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of our digital files in their original or modified form is strictly prohibited. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license for your personal or small business use only.

How are the files delivered after purchase?
All files are delivered instantly via digital download once your payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a download link on the confirmation page.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues with your download or file compatibility, please contact our support team. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Are the free SVG files available for commercial use?

Editing and Compatibility

Can I use these files with Cricut or Silhouette machines?
Yes, all of our files are optimized for cutting machines like Cricut and Silhouette. Most of our free files are also compatible. If you find an incompatible file, please contact us and we’ll work to make it compatible. Note: Silhouette machines require Designer or later to read SVG files. For the basic version, you can use PNG.

How do I edit a custom file?
You can edit custom images using programs like Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, or Cricut Design Space. These tools allow you to modify text, colors, and other elements within the file, making it easy to customize, whether you’re creating wall art, custom items, or T-shirt designs.

Can you design a custom T-shirt or clipart image for me?

Technical Support

What is a .zip file, and how do I extract it?
A .zip file is a compressed folder containing multiple items. we use .zip files to package designs, especially for bundles, which may include individual SVGs and PNGs. Before using your desired file, you’ll need to unzip the .zip file using a tool like WinZip, 7-Zip, or the built-in extractor on your computer.

I downloaded an image, but it appears blank.
If the image appears blank, check if the design color is set to white in the preview image. This apparent issue often occurs when a white design is displayed on a white background in your device’s file explorer. Open the file in a design editor and change the background or design color for better visibility.
